SPC Jan Allbright, M.Sc., R.S., that is a great and inspiring story. White Sands is not exactly a tourist attraction because of its environment. Eight times marching that course to commemorate the Bataan Death march. I can not begin to imagine the memories that flooded Col Ben Skardon's mind while he marched.
