Warrant Officer packet (153A)?

This is my 5th WO board and no success. I'm an E5, 4 years in the Army (aviation), never been in trouble, excellent NCOER, good PT score, SIFT Score 47, is getting frustrating, every year submit your packet and see no success. I can't find what's wrong with my packet.
If there's someone that can help me or give me some guidance I will appreciate it.

In addition I have a Bachelor's degree, and two tours ( Korea and Afghanistan).

Persistence will pay off. You did not mention your civilian education. Do you have a degree? I am an older retired soldier, but in my day a degree was not required for an appointment to Warrant, however, it was damn tough getting the appointment with one. Now that Warrants are commissioned as opposed to warranted, I would assume that a degree is required. (Just my thoughts, no basis in facts.) Good luck to you.

Give us all more, elaborate...assocs, bach, grad school, grades, GPAs, specific course titles, both STEM and non-STEM, hobbies, interests, sports, esp any martial arts in any...also, are you wanting flight? Rotary wing? Fixed wing? Have you gone for warrant endorsements at all? Orientation/check rides if flight? Any prior FAA training and/or licensure, possibly through mil aero clubs? Also, look at the site here, call them, ask or check if they have a search engine where chapter meetings are held, and ask if you can go to one to chat, and speak with warrants there, as well, just some thoughts for the moment, OK? The more you give in career/educ questions, the more we can all suggest, honest...I know zip about Army warrant, other than we have a family friend who'd been Army enlisted, went Army WOCS for rotary wing, got it, then did his bach in aviation throuh Embry Riddle, Army released him, USCG picked him up, he finished his 20 yrs as a rotary wing O-3 with them, I've also heard on here and elsewhere that WOCS is a REALLY rough program, apparently, I'll try to send more hopefully useful stuff, OK? And if not flight, then what field would you want, what branch, and, also, have you looked at other svcs, other fields, warrant and/or commissioned with them, Green to Gold, SMP, that sort of stuff, also, OK?
