Warrant officer packet and SIFT test? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/warrant-officer-packet-and-sift-test <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So I have decided to go warrant for flight. But to be honest my nerves are getting the best of me. I&#39;ve gone to the education building and set up my testing date to get my GT score up. I&#39;ve gotten ahold of a study guide for the SIFT. I don&#39;t know where to get the information to get so I can get my packet started or how to go about completing it. I&#39;m hard working and know I can do great things as a warrant officer just need advice and guidance on what I need to do next and what to study. If you can manage it, I strongly recommend taking the class prior to taking the AFCT and SIFT. A common narrative you will see a lot of the time talking to people for help and/or endorsements is that they are less inclined to help you if you haven&#39;t made much progress on your own. You will likely only receive equal or less than the amount of work from other people that you have already applied to the process. Approaching folks, to include the Warrant Officer Recruiting team with more complete material will equate to more help and success. If you haven&#39;t built a rough copy of the packet and started tailoring it to yourself; you need to download and follow the guidance provided in the sample packet.
