So I have decided to go warrant for flight. But to be honest my nerves are getting the best of me. I've gone to the education building and set up my testing date to get my GT score up. I've gotten ahold of a study guide for the SIFT. I don't know where to get the information to get so I can get my packet started or how to go about completing it. I'm hard working and know I can do great things as a warrant officer just need advice and guidance on what I need to do next and what to study. Please help

Go to Special Operations recruiting building, there you will find a warrant officer recruiter. They will give you a brief about warrant OCS and how to apply

This is the best advice for someone who doesn't know where to start. I didn't attend a brief until I was well into filling out my packet, but there was still some information I learned that helped me wrap up my packet and ensure all my ducks were in a row.

This website has been heavily updated in the last year and is very informative with the steps, forms, etc that you will need to fill out.

Start by going to : https://recruiting.army.mil/ISO/AWOR/

IN-SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES -> U.S. Army Warrant Officer Recruiting -> How Do I Apply?

I attended FAST class in order to raise my GT and line scores in lieu of applying. If you can manage it, I strongly recommend taking the class prior to taking the AFCT and SIFT. A common narrative you will see a lot of the time talking to people for help and/or endorsements is that they are less inclined to help you if you haven't made much progress on your own. You will likely only receive equal or less than the amount of work from other people that you have already applied to the process. Approaching folks, to include the Warrant Officer Recruiting team with more complete material will equate to more help and success. If you haven't built a rough copy of the packet and started tailoring it to yourself; you need to download and follow the guidance provided in the sample packet. You may download it from: https://recruiting.army.mil/ISO/AWOR/SAMPLE_PACKET/
