I am compiling research for a project I am working on as an AIT Instructor. Part of the AIT graduation process is a testing of the basic Skill Level 1 Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills. For the students to graduate they must pass this assessment of their comprehension and application of these tasks as individuals and members of a team. I am looking specifically for information regarding new arrivals to your units within the 35M (HUMINT) MOS. My question is, once you receive a new 35M in your formations and you begin everyday training and operations with them, what is your opinions and feedback on how well those Soldier's comprehension and application of those basic Skill Level 1 tasks are?

Do you think based on generational differences in the different generations of Soldiers we have in the Army that other means of Instructional delivery would benefit or hinder the comprehension or these tasks?

Thank you all for your assistance.

It's been a long time. What have you uncovered on your own since posting this?
