We all drive something, and we fuel them with gasoline or diesel. So, who's to blame for the higher prices across the nation?

I've always had a tough time NOT thinking that higher fuel prices are either gouging or collusion or both. We all scream at the pumps, but nothing changes. Whom can we blame?

Not discussed here is California's formulation for gasoline and California having the only state to have a carbon tax. Yes, Democrats are responsible as well! Take a look at Canada, the price of gasoline as of today is a dollar 27 a liter or $5 a gallon and if you take into consideration exchange rate it's about 4:20 a gallon and Rising thanks to summer season, increased yearly carbon taxes being put on by liberals in Canada. Wheels have instability and Venezuela base we having lestoil to sell, lower inventories and expected and OPEC purposely with Russia trying to Corner the market to raise prices. OPEC and Russia don't have to deal with carbon taxes or regulation either!

Fuel prices in Europe were around $2.50 a gallon back in the early '90s when I was there, I can only imagine how high they are now. Prices are a combination of what the market costs currently are, speculation on future availability, and what the fuel corps think they can get away with making you pay. Taxes and other adds happen after those three big ones fix the general price.
