We both receive the "without dependent" rate, but on-post privatized housing charges us at the "with dependent" rate. So they take a couple extra hundred out of her pay and I just reimburse her the difference and throw the few hundred left over into our savings.Response by SGT Nicholas M. made May 31 at 2019 2:32 PM2019-05-31T14:32:45-04:002019-05-31T14:32:45-04:00MAJ Byron Oyler4687062<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Take a good hard look at the housing on post. Privatized housing has really turned out crappy for a large majority of us and I am very unlikely to ever live on post again. The cost to benefit ratio is generally not there. I realize this is not what you asked but having dealt with privatized housing, a share I felt important.Response by MAJ Byron Oyler made May 31 at 2019 9:16 PM2019-05-31T21:16:15-04:002019-05-31T21:16:15-04:002019-05-31T14:16:57-04:00
