Not shying away just want to know if I’m going in at a bad time Weird question but by next year will there be no more fighting in Afghanistan? On of the most important mission essential tasks for the SF is Foreign Internal Defense. That is essentially training a country how to fight. I think Afghanistan can use that assistance. I have no clue if SF will be used in kinetic operations. My assumption is they will not be used in kinetic operations. The administration wants to pull out of Afghanistan, I seriously doubt they want it reported that American service members continue to die in that country.
