I don't know about Close Captioning but I love me some French Movies but my French Language skills are En Petit. Needless to say I count on Subtitles.

I had this installed in my Windows Cell phone and saw some very interesting places like Russia lol

I'm pretty sure cctv stands for closed-circuit television. And you have been able to look at others web cams basically since the internet was invented. If you want to be one of those paranoid people put a piece of tape over your camera when you are not using it.
