The VA has not changed a bit. Mention Agent Orange and they ignore you... unless you were an officer. I met a captain at the VA hospital who said. "I got a 100% disability." You look pretty healthy to me." I replied". He said. " I was stationed in Vietnam. Everybody who was there has a 100% rating."
