Were you involved with the power plant we built in Afghanistan? 2015-08-27T22:00:34-04:00 2015-08-27T22:00:34-04:00 CSM David Heidke 924145 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was involved in some power generation efforts in the Kandahar area, but not this one.<br /><br />If they aren't using this power plant, then where are they getting the power from?<br /><br />If this is operating at 2% power and there is enough power then perhaps they shouldn't have built it.<br /><br />We spent a lot of money over there on things that the Afghans neither needed nor wanted.<br /><br />What are they supposed to power with it anyway?
