I’m currently supposed to be going to Fort Stewart, and i’m looking for a SPC 92A that is supposed to go to Fort Hood. Can anyone contact me or help me in the right direction where i can find people in the same boat as me?

SPC (Join to see) it doesn't. There is no swapping orders, that program ended two decades ago when the Army Times stopped publishing swaps in its back pages.
The only way to possibly get a swap approved now is a permissive swap in which both you and the other person agree to shoulder the burden of costs for moving and take leave for the travel days. They also have to be equally qualified to move, so the same amount of time on station. Good luck finding someone willing to take leave and pay for their own move in the Army. Plus, HRC can still reject the request.
So, there's no more swap program in the Army
