From what I understand last talking to an E7 OC out there its big boy rules. Can be long hours when on cycle but a decent amount of time off if you are not doing back to back rotations. All the positions at JMRC for 13B are 40 postions. That Soldier may be going to teach at BLC. There are some 13B30 postions also at JMRC in the operations side of the house. Of that Soldier has not been contacted by the team CSM more then likely its not an OC job. As for OPFOR there are no slots for a 13B on the OPFOR team most of those guys are infantry or scouts.
