I'm currently in the Hawaii National Guard. 11 years TIS. 4 with the IANG, 3 Marines, 4 Army. I left Ft. Campbell last year to join the HIARNG to be a UAS operator. Contract is 3 years but the school is backed up 4 years. Trying to go back active. DD368 has was sent up 89 days ago, it's been with BDE S1 for 25 days now. They are not responding to my unit when asking for a status. Already had to fix 2 minor mistakes and still waiting for a response. Facing a financial problem due to having a low income job. What actions can I take to get this DD368 signed by the Col so it can go to the General to be signed off?

Damn near nothing- watch it- they don't have to approve it, just sign it disapproved and send it forward. 90 dsays is not an extreme time for this.

SSG (Join to see) yes, search by key words and a radio button to click if you want just the ones you participated in

LTC Jason Mackay SSG (Join to see) -- what if (on desktop) for the Home tab, there was a menu option that literally was called "Posts I have participated in" or something like that? Just spitballing. Feels like folks just want it to be super easy to find and use. I can see how it would help make the RP experience a lot easier for folks who are heavy "answerers" of questions and are always helping people get the advice they need.

CPT Aaron Kletzing - trying to make the search tailored based on what was asked. The posts I participated in exists in your profile by is just a chronological scroll. It isn't searchable. It should be in the search engine.

If the Colonel isn't the designated representative, his/her signature is not required. There is only one signature block and it requires the first general in your chain, or his representative. 90 days is not an unusual turn around.
This does not mean that the Colonel does have influence, but he doesn't sign anything.
You can ask permission to hand carry it. How that will work out depends on your command.

LTC Jason Mackay - Hard Copy or Electronic. You usually get an answer if you show up at the General's Office, which is my point. How that is received depends on the command in my experience.
BTW, with the Government stuff I have dealt with since I have been out, electronic forms haven't sped things up much either.

CPT Lawrence Cable - I get what you are saying and advised him to do that, it just steals the thunder of having your own packet, get it signed and be done. You have to stop and wait for who ever in the SGS or G1 has it prepped and fiddle around with the CAC reader etc.
