As a 68WF2 you'll go to paramedic school, critical training, in addition to other certificate courses that are required. Definitely take ACLS. If you work with peds, then also take PALS. NIH stroke certification is free online and is the standard in most hospitals, and is just great knowledge to have. For trauma, you can get your PHTLS...a must if you do MEDEVAC or will transition to civilian EMS. And all these courses are excellent CEUs.
