Keep your head on a swivel. Listen to the guidance/advice of those that have crossed the pond before. Maintain situational awareness and always keep your cool. Just keep your head and don't loose your cool. Remember you're not just a mechanic you're the guy keeping things moving. You will probably spend much of your time on base, but when you do go out, stay alert/stay alive. Don't let words like POG/ FOBBIT bother you. We infantry types will harass your ass, but when the chips are down we know the team counts. Deployments are a team effort.
