For example, I was a tank commander from 20 [login to see] 0228, I can easily back that up with my ERB under Assignment Information. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was selected on my second look. I revamped my resume, took another DA photo, and cleaned up my ERB. Keep in mind they only have 2-3 minutes to look over your packet, so don’t make your resume into a book. Articulate your words, and get straight to the point. I was blessed to have some great warrants help me out. Don’t be afraid to get another LOR from a senior aviator either. You’ll be fine brotha. Good luck !!

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The reality is that, often there are NS for little to no reason...strong packets or not.<br /><br />If you don&#39;t see glaring clerical errors, as some have noted below, then chances are you&#39;re one of those NS I mentioned. Resubmit for the next board.
