Add tags "Exercising", "Strength Training", "Fitness", and "Health & Fitness"
2. You have to eat a good bit, and protein powders don't replace feed. Creatine can help though.
3. Rest. Keep a solid sleep schedule.
4. Gain Strength, then go for muscle mass.
5. Get creative. If you don't have equipment, there's handstand pushups, monkey bars in a park for pullups, pistol squats, and you probably have a vehicle you can push for a great leg/core workout.

SFC Stephen King , PO2 Ed C. , care to ammend ? It is effective for short periods of time and a lack of equipment.
