Add tags "Exercising", "Strength Training", "Fitness", and "Health & Fitness"<br />2. You have to eat a good bit, and protein powders don't replace feed. Creatine can help though.<br />3. Rest. Keep a solid sleep schedule.<br />4. Gain Strength, then go for muscle mass.<br />5. Get creative.
