What advice would you give regarding my Warrant Officer application packet? Should I go 923A or 153A? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-advice-would-you-give-regarding-my-warrant-officer-application-packet-should-i-go-923a-or-153a <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;m working a WO packet. I&#39;ll complete ALC this fall &amp; will be eligible for 923A. I&#39;m a 92F &amp; I&#39;m also interested in applying for 153A. Which WOMOS do you think I&#39;d have a better chance of getting? I have a perm. profile and would need a APFT waiver. What is the likelihood that a waiver would be granted? Where should my focus on the application be? Resume? LoRs? Any insights are appreciated! They often have the most up-to-date information and a pulse on what they are seeing get approved when it comes to waivers. I can also tell you that they are hurting right now for Warrants and aren't getting enough applications so that only helps to increase your chances of getting selected. That could affect your chances depending on what you profile is for. Are they allowing people to attend the candidate course with permanent profiles?
