SN Vivien Roman-Hampton I keep an old fashion paper calendar to keep track of upcoming appointments or due dates. I use Microsoft Word and Excel for everything else.

http://todoist.com. Integrates with calendar and email. I use the google flavor of office apps. Have found this to-do list app the best of breed.
