Regardless if you are in Parks and Recs, YMCA or Schools. These entities want you to treat their customers with respect and dignity. Specifically, skills relevant to what the business is doing. Additionally, on top of the skills the business needs in order to do it&#39;s core activity, a candidate needs to be able to communicate during the interview. If you know how to demogrify the comptoplexification generator, but you can&#39;t convey your level of expertise in that endeavor, then you don&#39;t do well in the interview.
