What are everyone's thoughts on this year's precepts?

They are fair. Some rates never serve in a joint environment, so I would think they would be a little more broad in that aspect, but great overall.

It don't matter to me as I am retiring but good luck to those going up for board.

With the way advancement has been going across the board, I for one, will be taking this opportunity to use them as a learning experience at least for my eval. I should note I won't be eligible until next year at least for LDO purposes. My first experiences with the precepts message seem pretty straight forward. Good luck to all those who made board!

I thought last year's precepts were a lot better. I was expecting more clear and concise information that what we got this year. You're new to this subject, so maybe look at the last few years of precepts and you'll see what I'm talking about.
