You also need the basics like sensitive item serial numbers, personal data sheets, troop to task roster, apft and weapons dates, awt, and a combat power rollup showing the readiness of both your team members and your equipment readiness. I would also keep your sub hand reciepts of the equipment you sign down to your Soldiers. These are a few items you should be on top of as a team leader.
