Space-A offers military members and dependents an inexpensive (fee is nominal) way to fly from overseas locations to the CONUS. AMC flies regular flights out of Osan AB, ROK to CONUS. The passenger terminal at Osan can provide detailed information. For general information about Space-A, see http://www.amc.af.mil/Home/AMC-Travel-Site/. There's bus service from most major staging locations in ROK to Osan. Ticket price is usually under $50.
If you can return to CONUS for some type of training, that's probably the best deal of all. Your travel to and from the training location is paid for as part of your TDY. You can possibly take leave at the end of your training and travel to your "girls" location from the training sight at your own expense. Sometimes you can get your commander to agree that the cost of the return air fare from your leave location instead of your training location will be covered by the Government. Often the cost is equal or only a few dollars more.
I hope you enjoy Korea. I always liked traveling there on TDY.

Research to see who files what, where, and how often. You typically won't get a straight answer out of those guys but it's very routine. For example, X flies out of X, every X, to X. Very easy to figure out and plan for.

There used to be some resources at your base exchange on flying "Space A" (at least what they used to call it..); generally speaking, build in buffers & be ready for other charges (e.g. Taxis, staying at the visiting quarters due to unexpected layover - still cheaper than motels, etc.) While there are some regular routes, a lot of it is hit or miss, so that's why you need cushions of leave. (Successfully flew from DC to Pearl Harbor (family wedding) then Guam (overnight layover,) and then vacationed 5 days in Tokyo,
