Now I got out over 30 years ago, so what I know is WAY out of date, but does the Army still have correspondence courses ? If they do take all of them as you can.

Introduction to Ammunition, Ammunition Publications, Class V Issue and Turn in Procedures, Hazmat in Transportation and a familiarization are courses worth points and will help you become an ammo handler for the range. Radiation Safety, Risk Management Basic Course, Ammunition and Explosives Storage Safety, Introduction to Explosive Safety Management for safety pros, additional duty safety course, army electrical explosives safety. This is over 100 hours. You register through atrrs and complete through alms. Other courses can be found on jko. Complete the courses that have DL.

Click on Course Catalog
At the top of the list, at the right column there is s drop down menu, select ATRRS DL Points, then click search.
There are 259 total classes listed, each 1 to 10 hours long.

Depending on your commander, I'd say Call of Duty. Yes, I am serious. It can be significantly educational training. I had a Major who advocated it as off-duty training that could be quite valuable, especially for those who hadn't been in any sort of direct contact.
