Instructor/Developers focusing on the field assessment resulting in training requirements tied to the development of new and the redesign of old platforms etc. You can also translate you NCO leadership into civilian supervisors. The traits and characteristics Cary over very easily as well. You should also have a rep at the base transition office whose sole purpose is to assist with these translations. Thank you for your service. For jobs where you may have to supervise or train people your experience and training as an NCO might (read that should, but not always will) be valued. Other jobs might value any technical skills and experience more. However my experience as a 2841 Ground Radio Repairman was that without additional training jobs in my field were non-existent. It did however count in jobs which required electronics familiarization as an adjunct rather than primary qualification. So I stressed whatever experience I thought (after researching the company) would be most relevant and kept my resume to one page. I did however get quite detailed on the application form. Good luck in your transition.
