What is an officer PT session? Do you mean an Officer-led PT session, or a session where a bunch of Officers are PTing?

One of my favorite things to do with my Marines was Playing Card PT. Take a deck of cards, each suit represents a different exercise. The number card represents the number of repetitions. Each person draws a card and that's what they do. It's a fun little game for small groups because each person each person gets their own break off. For a larger group, I might shuffle a couple jokers in the deck so when the joker gets drawn, we shuffle the entire discard pile back into the main deck (minus the joker). It's always amusing when you see someone get close to the end of the deck and they pull a Joker card. Also, I let my Marines pick the exercises. It's funny when people pick their own method of body slaying.

If you're leading it just make sure it's something you're good at. i.e. Don't choose to run 10 miles if you aren't a distance runner. But if it can be anything, I personally enjoy ultimate Frisbee. It's fun and is a great workout if you play hard.
