I know THEY all say not to do that but it works for me. I am just fine living alone and not having any relationships with anyone. I am most at peace when just by myself. I do have a dog and she is my best friend. I was treated at the VA for chronic PTSD for almost 5 years and I still see my shrink there every 4 months. I would say to younger men and women go and get all of the help you can and I hope you can find something that helps.
