<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>At my age I cope by isolation. I know THEY all say not to do that but it works for me. I am just fine living alone and not having any relationships with anyone. I am most at peace when just by myself. I do have a dog and she is my best friend. I was treated at the VA for chronic PTSD for almost 5 years and I still see my shrink there every 4 months. I would say to younger men and women go and get all of the help you can and I hope you can find something that helps.SGT Ed MatyjasikFri, 28 Feb 2020 20:38:49 -05002020-02-28T20:38:49-05:00Response by MSG Danny Mathers made Feb 29 at 2020 12:53 PM
