For me it was Scott AFB. We had the Active duty, Guard and Reserve Air Force Wings. ALSO HAF THR 18TH Numbered Sir force, Air Mobility Command HW, the SSDC, UStranscom and more. It was total force for the Air Force and Joint force with army, Marine and Navy.

Yokota AFB. (I know, join the Navy, get stationed on an AFB!). Loved it there.

I personally loved Camp Yongin, South Korea. Was a base with a small presence of us personnel. May 45 us. A good mix of Officers and enlisted persons learned a lot and had fun.

I enjoyed my time at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn, New York. The life and action of the big city and the enhanced security of the military base made the Big Apple experience one of my fondest memories of military life.

I'm fond of Cherry Point. I like bases that give the "small town feel". I don't need the big city life, so I'm not fond of large bases. I enjoy not getting lost on my daily commute.

Berlin Brigade - Mcnair Barracks. Was there when the Wall came tumbling down. Berlin was a great city for a young single Infantry soldier.

NAS North Island, San Diego. Who doesn't love southern Cali. You can start at the beach, hit the mountains and be back at the beach all in the same day.

As an Artillery man I loved 29 Palms. We could shoot everything in the arsenal except Nukes. So we received a ton of real world training.

Grafenwoehr, Germany. I was stationed on Rose Barracks, which wasn't all that, but being in Germany was my best military experience. Close seconds were KAF or VBC because the Air Force DFAC was the best after a long stint on a FOB.
