I know they are on AKO but online training in the Army is a lot different than when I was in the Marine Corps. What are some recommendations for AKO courses that I can be doing proactively as an E3? 2018-11-28T06:05:18-05:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 4164701 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Could I get some recommendations for courses I can be doing proactively as an E3? It will take a while but max them out and it will help you in the long run. I don&#39;t know all of them but I&#39;m sure you can find a list of army correspondence courses on Google. You can max out your correspondence courses for promotion points in no time. College takes years to accumulate points for promotion. Plus, those correspondence courses mean nothing to the E7 and above promotion board, but that degree you earned as a SGT will set you ahead of your peers for all future promotions. But I also recommend that you take any course/ class available to you. Start with the ones you are most interested in first. Way to be proactive!
