Go to the symposium. Talk to a current warrant officer. Find their warrant officer recruiter. Talk to him/her.
What state are you in? I highly recommend that if you’re serious about becoming a warrant, find a senior mentor warrant officer to help guide you. Many of the non flight WOs require documented NCO leadership time within specific feeder MOS's for each specialty. Make sure you understand what the requirements are (easy to Google. I recommend that you learn how to find info on your own as much as possible). Once you know the requirements, you will have better tools needed to plan. Go find your retention NCO. That Sergeant will know who the WO accessions NCO is (or there will be a poster near the office with contact info). Go, seek and learn. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Thu, 17 Sep 2020 02:25:57 -0400 2020-09-17T02:25:57-04:00 Response by CPT Carlos Ribadeneira made Sep 17 at 2020 4:03 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-are-some-recommendations-you-have-for-someone-interested-in-becoming-a-warrant-officer?n=6319852&urlhash=6319852

Best advise by CW2 Garcia - get yourself a mentor. Be able to direct a Commander to the most favorable outcome in a given situation, by applying the knowledge of your given trade.
