AR 670-1 and it's sister DA PAM 670-1 (Uniforms and how to wear them)
AR 600-9 (The Body Composition Program)
APD 6-22 (Army Leadership)
AR 600-8-19 (Enlisted Promotions and Reductions)
AR 600-8-2 (Suspension of Favorable Actions)

This is just to name a few, but these are the big ones

AR 350-1
AR 623-3
AR 600-25
AR 735-5
*ATP 3-21.8

It’s important to remember that you’ll never memorize everything. It’s more important to be able to know how and where to find the relevant regs, and how to read, interpret and reference them.

Know about the regs that pertain to injury and your basic legal rights if charged with a crime. Everything is online. If the Sh#t hits the fan.

You should know all the regulations that deal with your MOS, nearly verbatim. This is especially true for Soldiers that perform a service for other soldiers like, personnel, finance, supply, etc. For leaders, you should know the regulations that are used to take care of your troops like promotions, assignments, and evaluations. You also need a working knowledge of the adverse action regulations because it is going to happen. Everyone should have the Army Publishing Directorate book marked and know how to use the websites search command. On APD you can find the most recent versions of everything including forms, regulations, and ALARACTs.

It is great to study the Army Regulations, however, you will get lot of that from your superiors and your peers. The biggest question is, what regulations directly effect your MOS (i.e. TC ______) and what doctrine will make you more knowledgeable in your job to give you time to develop your 'BIG ARMY' toolbox of regulatory guidance.
