Im over BF by MY standards, but I no longer have a job that PAYS me and provides me time to work out daily.
I still enjoy brewing and drinking beer.
I still enjoy cooking and eating.
My Metabolism has slowed
My ability to work (train) and recover has slowed.

So Im not in the same good physical condition as I once was.
I could be, if i wanted.. If I took to a sticked diet, limited calories and only consumed quality calories at that. my BF% would go down...as my activity level is still far from sedimentary. Though no dedicated PT anymore.... I walk / run 8 miles a class over two 5 hour sessions twice weekly.
I still lift, carry, move heavy objects daily, hourly.
I still remain active daily...I have no daily activity for any length of time that has me seated. Typing a response on RP is about as inactive as i getResponse by SGM Erik Marquez made Feb 13 at 2017 7:37 AM2017-02-13T07:37:12-05:002017-02-13T07:37:12-05:00Cpl Justin Goolsby2336192

Aside from the standard weight gain, I would say we are out of shape when we are not at our 100%. Whether it's a number on a scale, or how fast you run, or how much heavy things you can lift, we all know where we stand at our prime. So if I'm not either maxing out on my pullups or increasing my max number, then I'm not at 100% and I'm out of shape. Even if I'm only feeling like 80% of myself, that's still 20% of myself that I need to get back to.Response by Cpl Justin Goolsby made Feb 13 at 2017 8:16 AM2017-02-13T08:16:34-05:002017-02-13T08:16:34-05:00SrA Edward Vong2336342

Currently, I'm skinny fat, possibly the worst body to have.
