The one thing I learned, was if you want it bad enough, you will complete the mission. How bad do you want to breath? That is how bad you need to want it.
I'll give you an example: I found reading two chapters, then taking a 100 to 200 exam questions in the morning after coffee worked well for me. I would then go to the gym and think about the subject. After getting home, I would do another one to two chapters and another 100 to 200 questions. There are online websites to help you for a small fee. Plus, I found the website and book together helped me pass Abdomen-small parts, OB/Gyn, vascular and physics.
Studing is the same for me reqardless of the subject. At least, now it is. I learned the hard way. I did not pass every time the first time I took an exam. But I did not quit.
Make yourself do it and do it well. I found this website for you.
