Be physically prepared prior to starting WOCS and maintain your fitness routine during WOCS. This will help you deal with the stress of the program and improve your resiliency. 2. Get in a “team” mindset. Everyone in your class has strengths and weaknesses and leveraging your collective strengths is the key to success. Help your classmates and they will help you. 3. Do not underestimate the academics. Be prepared to study and apply yourself. You will do a lot of work in between IDT weekends. 4.
