We used sporting events like cycle or circuit type events with teams and cross-fit competitions. The other good one is we do a thing called Frisbee football also team event but not like regular football it is a cardio type event. Also use wind sprints as team events or just wind sprints CPO Private RallyPoint Member Mon, 11 Jul 2016 19:50:57 -0400 2016-07-11T19:50:57-04:00 Response by SPC Todd Hanson made Jul 11 at 2016 8:38 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-are-some-ways-you-are-making-prt-better-to-improve-morale-in-your-unit?n=1708046&urlhash=1708046 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>We go off post and run the stairs at the state capital building or go run a trails by the river in civies and headphones SPC Todd Hanson Mon, 11 Jul 2016 20:38:28 -0400 2016-07-11T20:38:28-04:00 Response by MAJ Bryan Zeski made Jul 11 at 2016 10:01 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-are-some-ways-you-are-making-prt-better-to-improve-morale-in-your-unit?n=1708230&urlhash=1708230 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>*We have authorized Pokemon GO to enhance and motivate Soldiers to run faster and more often. It gives us the opportunity to have time in a smaller group for competition and esprit de corp building. It's my favorite two days of the week. We get to incorporate bike rides, trail runs, lifting...<br /><br />My CO also has a Commanders Cup event once a month. The Commanders Cup event comes with a trophy for the winning PLT. It's also a nice change and a morale builder as well. So many cool areas to run, hike, or whatever. Friday is company PT and the majority of the time it's some sort of competition but currently Fridays are used for practice to take back my Commanders cup thus year. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 12 Jul 2016 21:53:20 -0400 2016-07-12T21:53:20-04:00 2016-07-11T19:38:17-04:00
