While the program may not be too difficult, a year later I bought a 4 unit apartment complex as my first business. Background I got my Bachelors at my 10 year mark. I was an E-6 with deployment bucks saved up. I am a plumber with a lot of engineering experience, and was able to reno two units, then started my house before I came to Korea. I thought it was useful to have a degree as it forced me into a track to take all the applicable classes, such as micro and macro economics, accounting, and so forth. I am not familiar on programs and if you will have to learn those disciplines. Please let me knw if you have any specific questions.
