Could end up anywhere really you just have to seek out opportunities.

I might be a little biased but once you have been in for a bit definitely look at flight medic. It is the best job I've ever had, even though I really like it when I dont have to do my job. Just focus right now on BCT/AIT though. Ask for airborne training.. Study A&P it's the key to understanding medicine. Pretty good chance of getting deployed if you were there years ago. Now...I don't know what the needs of the military and where they are sending units. It depends on what you want to do after the military.
If you can get deployment, clinic, and hospital training then you'll be doing well. I've taken A&P 1 and 2 with labs 3x over the course of 68W and civilian education. A Medic is a EMT-B in the civilian world. Most places aren't using or hiring Basic EMTs as Intermediate and Paramedics are worth investing in.
Military experience only transfers over so much. If you get out and want to work as an EMT, you can but you'll have to look into local and state requirements to see if there is anything else.
Likely, your first enlistment you'll have to finish before getting more options.
