<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Great question, sir! My favorite app is called "Army PRT" by the U.S. Army Soldier Support Institute. It has a metronome for the slow, medium, and fast count, recommended PRT schedules and list of all PRT exercises, an APFT calculator and body composition tool, a run timer, and a downloadable FM 7-22.SGT Private RallyPoint MemberThu, 19 Dec 2013 14:34:46 -05002013-12-19T14:34:46-05:00Response by 1SG Michael Blount made Dec 19 at 2013 3:52 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>As good as the Leader's book is I feel a small hard copy would be better. I mean you can't take your phone or tablet everywhere as it could get ruined by rain or other circumstances. I made my mine using a Flight check book, printed the pages in a smaller size and can write with erasable ink. If a Soldiers PSC's or ETS's just wipe the info and input the new one. I personally feel we need to steer away from all the tech things and stick to the old school by finding more usable portable ways.&nbsp;SSG(P) Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 20 Dec 2013 12:08:59 -05002013-12-20T12:08:59-05:00Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 15 at 2014 1:04 PM
