What are the Centralized promotion criteria like while deployed? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-are-the-centralized-promotion-criteria-like-while-deployed <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>This is my first look in the secondary zone. I have not been through SLC. Theoretically, if I get a sequence number and it is called while I am deployed, will I still get promoted? or will I be put back on the list until I get SLC when I return to my home station. If not, then you will be removed from the promotion standing list on the first day of the 19th month and you will have to be re-boarded the following year. Check out the employment of the Army&#39;s STEP program as this is where the organization is headed. You will not be promoted until you attend the required NCOES level. You will receive a number and be skipped over until you go to school or until the 19th month in which you will be removed from the list, whenever comes first.
