What are the chances of a 14G in the army getting deployed?

Just curious as to the op tempo and deployment rates for this specific MOS, as I am a few weeks from graduation

About the same as anyone else nowadays. I did meet many an ADA folk deployed to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia

Cpl Private RallyPoint Member ... I was a Field Artillery officer deployed to Iraq in 2004-2005 as a "non-standard" mission doing base defense, and force protection duties. We took over for an ADA unit on our base. ADA and Field Artillery (FA) are still needed, but as much as what needed in anti-terrorism operations.

In Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO), i.e. traditional warfighting/battles, both ADA and FA Fires are critical to the fight and maneuver commander. We'll need Fires from now until there's never any war on earth... which will probably be a long time!

Literally every MOS can deploy. The possibility is there for anyone to deploy who is deployable.

I do not see why not. There was a HAWK Battery behind the 199th Inf BDE base camp in
1967. Most ADA folks I met were on MACV Advisory Teams and hence their CIBs.

As a 14G you'll deploy with your ADA unit to awesome places like Kuwait, Jordan and Saudi Arabia for 6-9 months at a time. ADA units are highly deployed.

You'll also have to do gunneries to certify your unit.

ADA, right? VERY good! Airspace ALWAYS needs to get deconflicted for the purposes of safe air travel corridors and shooting mortars, rockets, & artillery.
