Para 3.6.A.1 trainees get 7 hours of continuous sleep. Unless they have duty (CQ/KP/Fireguardect) This is nothing new. Although, training was rigorous and we pulled detail (guard duty and KP), I can&#39;t say that I remember being sleep deprived. However, that was 46 years ago, so who knows what happened?!
