What are the methods of Continuity that you use to pass on your lessons learned and what are the Tools that use to do this?

I have always been a firm believer in lead AND teach by example. The men who were my leaders and my mentors did exactly that...well, let's say the good ones did. That sort of working environment encouraged learning and greatly enhanced skills retention.

Leaders Books, hard and soft copy, was my technique. Always pass on knowledge that worked yet flexible to change in a constantly changing environment.

Working on the Space Shuttle program, I would have all of my data in word or excel files on a thumb drive. I would keep the data current, and complete.
