The reasons vary, but basically I don&#39;t want to be a SWO, I want to be a Marine, and my attitude at times reflected that. I lack interest in the job and find it unfulfilling. That combined with some personality differences with those on board didn&#39;t help. What are my options? For me that is not the case, I am qualified in all except the last qualification before SWO and I have 8 months left to get the qualification. The reason given is a &quot;Lack of motivation and attitude to satisfactory complete SWO&quot; given that the CO does not have confidence in my ability to be an OOD.
