What are the pros and cons of doing an MOS-T to 37F PsyOp.?

Quicker promotion. Learning a valuable language. High op tempo. Networking opportunities. Multiple deployments. Airborne.

I can’t think of any cons. Do well on the DLAB and stay fit. Don’t sit around on the opportunity, make up your mind and go for it.

No Cons, all Pros. Best job one can ever have in the the military is team chief of a PSYOP team! And then obviously promoting and staying in the PSYOP world too. But really only Con is dealing with conventional army commanders and having to get them to understand or not understand but allow you to your job.

You'll work with smart, fit, focused soldiers; go interesting places, and meet and work with more foreign nationals than you would in most career management fields.
