What are the requirements for DLC3? Do I have be a SSG first or just have DLC 2 completed and an ALC graduate ?

You will be enrolled into DLC 3 upon completion of all of your ALC phases and promotion to SSG. And of course, completion of DLC 2 is required.

You need to complete DLC 2, ALC, and be promoted
