We know there are a lot of sites out there for job searches, but which ones are really valuable, and have you found any that are specifically for using military skills in the civilian world?

I would encourage anyone to refer to BeFoundJobs-dot-com. They'll push using LinkedIn (recommended) and how to set up your page (follow the instructions) and how to synch it to Twitter (definately do that). THEN, look me up on Linked In under Michael Blount. I have about 7,000 contacts. Filter through them (yah, BeFound tells you how to do that, too), and...voila! Failing that, we use the 1SGNet. Offer open to ALL Service members.

Have you heard of AirmenJobs.com or ClassifiedCareers.com? I built them to make the job search easier for fellow vets in aviation and intel. Use RALLYPOINT15 code!
