Just looking for some insight on how to reclass to 31K. Thank you in advance.

Talk to your career counselor. If you're not an initial enlistment, you're not eligible. You're in an under strength MOS. Also, you probably won't get a class seat if you are eligible, they're very rare. Have a back up plan.

I just went through the whole process a couple months ago. Had to be E4 with no P status and below. No school slots open until the end of 2021.

My battalion commander as my senior rater told me later in life when he a two star that as a cw2 I was better than any COL he ever had. Ltg Ronald v. Hite. Pretty good complement.

Slots will open in the end of 21? I was told they rarely open even around October or later. My reenlistment window opens then and I’m looking at 31k if not I’ll get out on the civilian side.
