What are you doing to teach SAFETY to the younger generation of Soldiers? AD? ARNG?

just the normal safety briefs every Friday for starters, and then it is usually death by power points after that. I try to reach out to the soldiers on a daily basis asking if they have any questions or concerns. I like the direct one on one approach when it comes to educated one on safety.
