But none of that juice diet, or Isagenix trend crap. I was doing 200 grams of carbs each day and then have a carb loading day that was pretty much anything I’d want. Absolutely zero carbs after dinner until breakfast. Brisk half hour morning walks and one hour HIT training. Chest/Triceps - Legs - Back/Biceps - while rotating lift days to two days of lifting one day of resting. This helped me break plateaus, lose body fat, gain muscle. You’ll notice results instantly. Add cardio for desired outcomes and again ABSOLUTELY ZERO CARBS AFTER DINNER.Response by Cpl Mark Oresko made Nov 15 at 2019 5:06 AM2019-11-15T05:06:10-05:002019-11-15T05:06:10-05:00Cpl Mark Oresko5237908<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Oh and qui smoking and no more drinking unless you’re mixing captain morgan with Vanilla Coke Zero. Then, I feel guilty and get depressed, and the cycle continues. Choosing not to eat is not effective because it's like an alcoholic needing another drink. But, I am retiring from the guard in February, but am going into the retired reserve. So, if I can get a handle on my weight, I think I will be able to return to service before I turn 60. I think once the whole thing about semiannual weigh in goes away, and the anxiety goes away, I think I will be more successful. I am within standards now, but I want to see if I can get my self fixed and then serve again. I am confident.Response by SFC Melvin Brandenburg made Nov 24 at 2019 8:40 PM2019-11-24T20:40:21-05:002019-11-24T20:40:21-05:00MAJ Private RallyPoint Member5275361<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>MyFitnessPal and tracking calories. The hardest part of keeping weight off is keeping track of what you eat and drink vs logging hours in the gym. My job requires me walking a lot during the day. I average over 2 miles just walking back and forth with patients. I also try and walk a couple miles at lunch while I eat my lunch and I also try and lift weights and run a few miles a couple days of the week. It’s helped me lose over 100 lbs to commission and to keep it off over the years too. <br /><br />Everyone is different though. Some people can just watch what they eat and maintain weight. Others have to watch what they eat and work out. Others just have to hit the gym and don’t have to change their diet to drop or maintain weight.Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 25 at 2019 6:37 PM2019-11-25T18:37:58-05:002019-11-25T18:37:58-05:00SFC Stephen King5282479<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Lift 4 youResponse by SFC Stephen King made Nov 27 at 2019 2:14 PM2019-11-27T14:14:09-05:002019-11-27T14:14:09-05:002019-11-14T11:00:20-05:00
